I mentioned hater, because you are telling incorrect information. 

The reason of character wipe is low online count, and we improve our server game play all the time before opening.

Did you mention how long we are online ? No you did not. It's almost 1 year.

And if you telling it is p2w  server, so you are really deep away from true. Go and read server information and count the ways how to get free credits by playing.

If you dont like our server or administration decisions so please find another one.
